Fosterton Lodge is located on the Fosterton Loop, ten minutes drive from Dungog, an hour from Newcastle and two and a half hours from Sydney travelling north via the F3 freeway. The location is also convenient to those travelling from the mid north coast through Stroud on the Bucketts Way.

Dungog, nestled in the foothills of the Barrington Tops, is a thriving community and provides the most convenient access point to the Barrington Tops World Heritage areas for visitors with a range of activities and experiences to enjoy.

The property of 100 acres overlooks a pristine rainforest valley and the Barrington Tops. The Lodge and Cabins are located conveniently to the access roads with breathtaking views across the valley to the Barrington Tops and a short stroll to the pristine “Die Happy” creek. The picnic and swimming holes along the flowing Williams River is a 2km drive away.

Fosterton Lodge is reached via all weather roads. The Fosterton Loop is well signposted and forms part of the network of tourist drives in the area. Fosterton Lodge makes a perfect place to take in the beauty of the area.
